Now that session is over and my life has slowed down = no more long hours at work, I'm back in the swing of things and can enjoy my meals at home! Here's what's cooking in my kitchen this week:
Monday: Taco Night (get your supplies at Publix, they have BOGO on everything you need for tacos!)
Tuesday: store-bought Lobster Ravioli with homemade sauce, served with house salad
Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner, my stuffed French toast and trying Eggs Benedict
Thursday: Grilling out! (Adam's cooking)
Friday - Sunday: Mother's Day/My Brother's Birthday Weekend at my parent's house
(Some years, like this one, my brother's birthday is on Mother's day and my birthday is on Father's day so we have a weekend family celebration)
